This small house is located in the heart of Wayzata’s original plat as laid out by its founder, Oscar E. Garrison, in 1854. The property had numerous owners but is does not give much of a clue as to who built the structure. Fast forwarding to the turn of the century, we find the familiar name of Valentine Stubbs as the land owner. The Stubbs family owned much of the property on this block.
